Hello, my name is Mick Laarman. I live in Haarlem with my daughter and our dog.
After my studies for speech therapist, i worked in my own office in Amsterdam for nearly 15 years.
Then i changed into training and coaching (personal development).
And now, since 2008, i am a NT2-teacher, helping (mainly) expats and their partners find their way in the Netherlands by teaching them about the Dutch language and culture.
What i enjoy most about teaching Dutch, is the opportunity to contribute to the quality of live of my students.
My goal is to empower you by teaching with joy and help you overcome the fear of making mistakes. Instead of blocking yourself, you will learn from your mistakes. And make progress, step by step.
For this, i bring my enthusiasm, creativity, humor and flexibility. This fulfills and satisfies me.
